About Patrick BrownSince
moving from Tulsa, Oklahoma to San Diego in 1985, I have witnessed the
immense transformation and growth that has occurred in "America's
Finest City" during the last 25 years. I earned a degree in Economics from UCLA and
had the privilege of playing for the 1988 National Championship Golf
Team. I returned to San Diego in 1993 to pursue a
career in the golf industry. During the next 7 years I became a PGA Class A Teaching Professional, working at Torrey Pines, La Costa, and other facilities around town. While in the golf business, I had the opportunity to play tournaments at many private
clubs and courses throughout San Diego County and learned the attributes of these courses well.
In
late 1999 I began a career in real estate. Blending my passion for golf with my interest in real estate was a perfect fit. Having worked
over the last decade with such luxury real estate firms as Dyson and Dyson,
Willis Allen, Prudential, and Villa Sotheby's
International, I possess the level of service and expertise
required to succeed in the luxury home market.
My
interest in luxury golf communities began in 2004 when my wife
Lauren and I joined The Crosby Golf Club in the Rancho Santa
Fe area. We looked at all of the clubs and evaluated
them on course quality, amenities and services. We eventually settled
on The Crosby, a private, gated community that offers the
finest in luxury golf resort amenities including golf, tennis, swimming, fitness center, spa, child programs, and dining.
I handle real estate transactions on both lots
and homes in The Crosby and know the market well. In fact, I represent buyers and sellers of luxury homes
in communities all over San Diego County. If
you are looking
for an expert on luxury homes and golf communities in North County
San Diego, I can help you.
My
recreational interests include golf, skiing, endurance sports, wilderness activities, and music. I also spend time in a leadership role with UCLA Alumni here in San Diego.
